The client may just need a nudge from you - we send automated reminders to the client to confirm the project is complete, but a personal reminder can be more effective.

If the client will not confirm completion as they do not agree that the work is complete, you will need to work with your client to agree the satisfactory completion of the services before Kanda is able to pay out to you. This can be done externally to the platform or via our dispute process.

If your client doesn’t respond to our messages and doesn’t sign off on your work but does not raise a complaint or what we call a ‘dispute’, then we will automatically release the funds to you after 3 days.
